OK i dont think the title really has anything to do with the nails but i like it!!! Heres the pic :
SO heres how to do it:
Paint your nails black. Let dry COMPLETELY. Now take a peice of tape and put it at the top of the nail where you want to white line to end. Paint the tip white and let dry completely. (you can also do silver since the white on black looks sliver) When its dry, GENTLY peel back the tape, and fix it if any black peels off. AlL DONE!!! OK im thinking next entry will be about how i take care of my nails :D ENJOY
